Castor Oil for Eyebrows and Eyelashes

Applying castor oil to your brows and lashes with a q-tip or spoolie brush can help moisturize them and help them to appear fuller! This is especially great if your eyelashes are heavy and separated from mascara wear and tear, or your eyebrows are a little sparse. We reccomend doing a patch test on a small part of your eyebrow before applying a larger amount of castor oil and using this method 1-2 times a day for the best results.

Anti-Frizz Dryer Sheets

Extra static causing frizz? Rubbing a dryer sheet on your hairbrush or comb before brushing your hair will help tame the static fly-aways. You can also apply the dryer sheet directly to your hair for an even more efficent smoothing solution.

Brown Sugar and Oil Lip Scrub

If you can’t get your hands on a fancy lip scrub due to lockdown, make your own! Mix just enough brown sugar with coconut or olive oil to get the formula to stick together. You can also add honey or essential oils for a more luxurious experience. Once your scrub is ready, apply it gently 1-2 times a week to exfoliate and moisturize your lips. (When we say gentle, we mean gentle! Be very easy on your lips and don’t scrub them more than once a week unless they are noticably dry.)

Chilled Skincare Products, Fresh from your Fridge!

For a soothing experience, cool your favorite products in the fridge. Eye creams, astringents and toners that are chilled with help to reduce puffiness around the eyes and cheeks. It feels super refreshing, so try leaving your products in the fridge overnight for a boost to your morning skincare routine.

Soy Milk Collagen Boost

Soy Milk can boost your levels of collagen and help preserve your skin! Simply apply it to dry skin as a toner and wash it off after 20 minutes for an easy refresh.
