Current Client Protocol Update

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we re-open during unprecedented times. For your safety, we have implemented the following  protocol: 

• We will be working by appointments only.

Everyone must wear a mask in the salon at all times. We ask that you wear a face covering with ear loops to your appointment.

• All customers and employees will have health screening survey and temperature check previous to entering the salon. If you have a temperature, are not feeling well, or someone in your family is not feeling well we will ask you to reschedule and have you return after 2 weeks.

• If you have traveled from an area that is on the NY quarantine list, you must quarantine for two weeks before your appointment.

• If there has been change to your color or cut there is no judgement but we need to know at booking so we can schedule your appointment appropriately. Since there is limited space in the salon, scheduling times must be precise and run “on time” as to not overlap anyone else’s time slot.

• After you make an appointment you will receive a confirmation.

• We will have a very strict schedule, so we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

• We must limit the amount of people in the salon, therefore, clients cannot wait in the salon.

• As we are trying to limit the number of people in the salon at a time, only clients will be allowed in the salon. Do not bring friends, family, or pets with you to your appointment.

• We will be social distancing stations, shampoo area, and people. There will be markers, sneeze guards and signs throughout the salon to help facilitate this.

• We have temporarily closed the coat check so we ask that you do not bring any personal items to your appointment. Please bring a Plastic bag to keep and protect your belongings since whatever you bring must be kept with you at all times. Do not bring food, water bottles, backpacks, briefcases, etc.

• We have temporarily discontinued coffee or beverage service as per government regulations.

• We will have sanitation or hand washing stations at entrance and throughout the salon.

• We will be cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the salon even more frequently.

• All tools and stations are cleaned and sanitized before each customer.

• As usual, robes are cleaned after each use and customers will receive a clean robe every time.

• No hand shaking, hugging, or kissing at this time.
